Our first classroom
Ananda Marga Academy is established in Kiambu, initially offering nursery and pre-unit education.
ANANDA MARGAACADEMYSince 1984, one belief has shaped our journey: education should nurture the whole child and help them contribute to the world around them.
LEARNING. WITH CARE.What began with nursery and pre-unit classes in Kiambu has grown into a school community of 448 learners at Kangemi in Nairobi.
Our motto, “Education for Liberation”, reflects a purpose beyond academic preparation alone. We believe education should broaden the mind, strengthen character and encourage care for others.
At the heart of our academy is Neo-Humanistic education: an approach that develops the physical, mental and spiritual potential of children together.
